I had Boston butt tonight. Damn it was good!
Pulled-pork! I cooked it for six hours at 250-degrees on my Smokemaster cooker. I used seasoned split hickory in the fire box. The spice rub went on yesterday. The basting sauce was cider vinegar based. The BBQ sauce on the table was also cider vinegar based. Corn-on-the-cob and collard greens were also served. Burp .. 'Scuse me!

8. well, I am finally getting the feeling that Bush's support is slipping
you and I both know that's quite a big thing in these parts. Regular gas is hitting $1.80. We are in that two week period between spring and summer so it's beautiful. But of course, Texas is always better with a dash of Demo. :D

I've always heard it referred to as "Carolina pulled pork."

Or is that only technically correct when it is served on a sandwhich roll with cole slaw?
