I just heard a good line from a friend about Iraq.

He and I are both long-time Star Trek fans, and he called the whole situation in Iraq, "Bush's Kobayashi Maru."

But Bush can't pull what Kirk did.
No matter how hard Rove tries to.

...Kobayashi Maru was a rescue mission. Iraq was a land grab designed to acquire oil and to make other countries afraid. Doing nothing for the Kobayashi Maru was not an option. Doing nothing militarily was the only option in Iraq.
