Proof that George Romero is not the genius some think he is.
His new project, being pitched to Marilyn Manson, Gwen Stefani, etc, is a zombie movie about rock stars that return from the dead and climb the charts.

3. You did know that the music is being written by one of the
Rocky Hororr musicians, right?

Or that Hollywood isn't exactly beating down Romero's door to get him to make movies anymore? Heck, another studio "stole" Day of the Dead now and is filming their own sequel to it. Add to that all the other fights the man has gone through to get an even cut from his own work and I say GO FOR IT!

Plus I'm a big Manson fan, so that's actually good new (although I knew it.)
