Who else saw The Sopranos last night? Tony thought 60 Minutes (in the report on smuggling "WMDs" through customs) was al Qaeda, too -- I swear, that's how dumb people really are in this country.

...they don't know shit from shinola either -- somebody replied "Thank God they got them."

I know that and the "cold cuts" line are supposed to be funny and make them look not-too-booksmart, but I'm willing to bet it's something some people believed, too.

3. They did compare Bush to themselves.

Paulie said Bush knows how to take care of his friends and that is something they understand. Considering that the majority of characters on the Sapranos are murdering gangsters, it was a pretty damning comment. Props to HBO.

4. Yeah, Paulie said Bush and company awarded no-bid contracts

to their friends, kinda like them (the mob). Big props to HBO - that was funny.
