12. Pizza here, too.
From The Hickory Inn. Veggies on a wheat crust. One of my favorite things in the world and I'm not even a vegetarian.

My grandson is cooking up something with pasta and chicken. I hope he's not planning on including that can of baked beans he's holding.

15. BBQ spare ribs, corn-on-the-cob, and a tossed salad.
The ribs were rubbed last night with a spicy dry mixture of paprika, turbinato sugar, salt, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. The reserve portion of the dry rub was added to cider vinegar, water, and Worcestershire sauce to make a sop for the cooking. I cooked the ribs for three hours at about 250-degrees over indirect heat from a seasoned split-hickory fire. The corn went on, wrapped in shucks and slathered with olive oil, during the last hour. I ate the ribs with a Carolina Red Sauce that is simply 1.5 cups of cider vinegar, 1/2 cup of ketsup, a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce, a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and cayenne. Some of the BBQ sauce made it to the corn, as well.

16. God, that sounds good.
I don't think I've had spare ribs in my life... but if you cooked them like that, I think I would have to have some. :9
