I'm currently reading Franken's "Lies. . ."
The scene on the boat in Viet Nam is probably the funniest thing I've ever read. I damn near peed my pants!

2. I've read it twice, myself.
A truly wonderful book! And it was the New York Times' second biggest selling non-fiction book of 2003, just behind Hillary Clinton's "Living History."

3. Amen
I'm reading it, too. Almost done. I have all his other books. The man is whip-smart and wickedly funny.

This is THE book that turned Howard Stern against Bush... and two days later, all Howard's new troubles started. I hope Al and Howard get the credit they deserve when Bush gets the boot in November.

5. Regardless of where it falls on the list
it still sold more than any of the right-wing books that needed an extra "boost" by their publishers to remain on the bestsellers list.

6. Excellent Book - his description of Right Wing Echo Machine is
so concise and elegant. . .I was reading it around the time of Drudge Intern "Story" and it made the whole thing so transparent. . .
