Do some of your friends constantly get on your nerves?
call me evil, but one of my friends, when she is moody, gets on my nerves. She can be neurotic and uptight and I really don't care for her when she is. She is worried about just about everything that can go wrong in this world, and can be very sullen and moody in the mornings, and comes across cranky.
When she's nice she's funny and bright, but I am finding myself getting more critical of her. Maybe it's just me.....

2. Friends who constantly get on my nerves get dumped.
Life is too short to spend it wishing I was someplace else. The ones who want to do all the talking all the time, the ones who constantly complain, and most of all the ones who envy what others have and whine about it constantly, have no place in my life. I'm the kind of person who doesn't mind being alone, so I can be picky about my friends. Users and whiners need not apply.

3. I have a friend like that...
He lives about 300 miles away, so I have the luxury of short visits. We plan our trips to be no longer than 48 hours, that way he doesn't have time to drive me crazy!

4. she's nice but I wish she weren't so neurotic about things.....
she's too worried about things, and she is kinda crabby in the mornings.

I dunno....just wish she would learn to lighten up.....she's got a great sense of humour when she's in a good mood.

5. talk about timing... annoying friends...
I just spoke with a friend of mine at work. I have been kind of preoccupied for the last month with personal issues and I assumed he was also preoccupied with something, because whenever I saw him, he would give me this look like I wasn't even there.

Well, we just had this conversation where he complained that no one in the office was saying "hi" to him, so he decided to just quit being friendly in response. I swear I have smiled and said hi to him in passing at least 20 times, and every time I just got this cold response, so how the heck am I supposed to react?

I guess because I didn't come over to his desk and stroke the back of his NECK or something, I wasn't being friendly enough!

I still consider this guy my friend, but he can be so frustrating. For a long time when he would come by my desk I would drop what I was doing to talk to him, but when I came to his desk he would look at me like I was interrupting God on the 6th day of creation... GRRR ...

OK, this is starting to sound like a total junior high rant, but hey... *I* feel a little better anyway!

7. We are getting it out into the open........

it's like these friends almost embarrass you with their reactions to you sometimes.
Gee, why is your friend treating you that way, people must be thinking.
Other people chat with their friends around the coffee machine, etc, yet my friend saves our chats for after work, etc. Yeah, it's just her way, but it's a little odd. :(
She does have alot of good points, seriously( she's smart, and very perceptive, and can be very nice), so maybe I'm being a tad negative, but oh well.....

6. A friends husband got to me so I just stopped seeing them both
This man went all over town and talked about me.I thought that was a teenager thing. I am almost 70. I just do not need such foolishness at my age. I do miss seeing his wife but she does not one thing with out this man and tells him everything, so I just walked out after a 60 year friendship. I do feel I have lost something even if I have gained pease of mind. It is done now ,so be it.

11. I think you two should either
have a frank and honest discussion about what's irritating you, or work it out physically in a big tub of jello.

:P

12. I've had a couple of friends lately that I don't think I can take
anymore. One is a women who is totally self-absorbed, moody, and I believe has borderline personality disorder. When we talk, it's ALWAYS about her. .
