Today's ride was a Personal Best...

18 miles in 1:28....Almost a full 10 minutes off my previous best time this season!
And that included a 2 mile leg with the wind where I held it at 21 MPH...

Inhaled a BUG, though...That was NOT fun!

At least it was "Atkin's Friendly"...

but the bug probably gave you the protein burst you needed to stave off fatigue, get your second wind, and achieve that personal best. :D

2. Oh...I thought it was the Cliff Bar!

Now I can save my money, 'cuz there's plenty of bugs around the barnyards and pastures here!
