Another "fond" memory thread!
Edited on Tue May-11-04 11:46 PM by HEyHEY
I'm in the mood, I'm so lonely lately.... it is always the worst when my friends visit then leave..I am only 21/2 hours away though.

ANyway, here's my Memory.

When I lived on Gabriola Island I used to look forward to the bar - like EVERY night...I wouldn't always drink booze though. Sometimes just coffee. The bar was full of great people. Walking in there was a pleasure everytime.

That's my memory

Yours?

1. one time
me and my friend were walking along the side of the road one chilly night. A car pulled up next to us and unloaded eggs on us. We were wearing jackets and none of the eggs broke when they hit us, and miraculously, none of them broke when they bounced off of us and hit the ground. The car had sped away but we could see about a mile down the road that they were braking and turning around, probably to heckle us at all the damage they had caused. Me and my friend calmly picked up the perfect eggs. The car approached slowly and i stood in the middle of the road, i could already hear them laughing. My friend stood at the side. I unleashed the egg fury at their windshield and my friend unleashed on the side of the car, and through the driver's side window. We both booked it and met back at my house a half hour later with huge smiles on our faces.

4. In college I was very involved in our student government...
Just the other day I was looking at all these pictures from our office and I can't believe how much I miss it all. I spent so much time with these people they became not only my best friends but my family, as well. I really miss the camradiere and the good old times we used to have. Committee meetings at the bar, conferences where we stayed up all night and then attended meetings at 8, massage lines...

I want to go back to college.
