Cheesy movies you love.
I mean, movies without ANY redeeming feature whatsoever. But you love them anyway.

Mine: the "Hercules" movies with Steve Reeves. Great art? Hardly. And the WORST dubbing ever. But, boy were those fun. :-)

Yours?

27. Thirds
And it's easy to explain. Mars Attacks is a campy combining of The Earth VS The Flying Saucers and War Of The Worlds. Plus, any movie where Jack Black, Martin Short AND Michael J. Fox gets vaporized is one DAMN fine flick!

More cheese:

Zardoz and Logan's Run.

8. Did Larry Clark direct Gummo?
Some people liked "Gummo". Some despised it. I haven't seen it yet.

13. it was Harmony Korine who directed it.
same guy who did "Kids"

i just really like "real" actors juxtaposed to the "local" people/actors they used in the movie, it gives it a weird feeling throughout.

30. One of my favorite movies ever
But you probably could have guessed that from my screen name.

The soundtrack is great too--I love the tracks from Sleep and Bethlehem, and their placement in the movie.

And yeah, most people HATE that flick.

the script is pathetically written, the story is predictable, but OH MY GAWD, the CAST...Robin Williams, Andrea Martin, Eugene Levy, Joe Flaherty, Rick Moranis, Brian Doyle-Murray, Peter O'Toole, Jimmy Cliff, Twiggy, and on and on...best cast in the world, silly-ass movie that will leave you smiling and humming reggae.
