Atkins Fanatics Invading My Liquor Store! - Low Carb Wine Coming!!
flame away :)

<snip>

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- You'll soon be able to wash down your low-carb dinner with some low-carb wine.

Brown-Forman, the nation's eighth-leading wine producer, is raising a glass to the low-carb craze. The company says it's new white and red wine varieties are the first low-carb wines in the country.

The low-carb brands have the same alcohol content as other wines.

The wines are named after the grams of carbohydrates in a 5-ounce glass. One is called One.6 Chardonnay; the other is One.9 Merlot. The company says the typical glass of wine has 3-6 grams of carbs.

Check on WEB MD to see what it does to your health. You may be thinner but risk high cholesterol, heart disease, kidney stones, cancer etc. Hardly seems like a good trade-off.

3. Not me.
I'm a Breathairian. I get all of my nourishment from air and light. Fortunately, it hasn't affected my appetite.
