Neil Young's Greendale was released today
(as was Bowling for Coumbine.)

Started quasi-political thread in GD:

But now I want to learn how the pharase was looped at the end of the disc as per my last post in thread above. If you don't want to check thread, it's just that the last song fades into a seamless loop. Not a hidden track. I'm old, and recall some vinyl doing this w/ closed exit grooves, but don't get how this is done on CD. In PC, shows CD track one ready to play and clock not moving, set to 00:00.

Tech types. I'm guessing this can't be the first this has been done, but it's the first I've heard. How can any material on board disk not be part of a chapter and keep the clock at 00:00?

Of course, all comments about the quality of CD and tour are welcome, too. I've said my piece about those in thread above and figured it was time to move any discussion into Lounge....
