So what happened on Frasier last night?

I was a regular viewer for a number of years and think it jumped the shark with the Daphne/Miles marriage but haven't watched in the last couple of years. I decided I would watch the finale but right when it came on I got a call from my long-winded cousin so I had it muted and could see the visuals but didn't really know the story line. I saw that Martin got married, which surprised me. How did he meet that woman? I saw Daphne give birth at the vet's. What was the smelly stuff at the wedding? I saw everyone holding their nose. But mostly I want to know who Frasier ended up with. Why was he on a plane and who was the love of his life? I figured it would be Roz.
