Re-arranging furniture is like building pyramids, sorta.
Yesterday I decided I want to move around the furniture located in the living room of my upstairs apartment where I stay most of the time.

I go to move the sofa, nothing happens. I strain real hard skinny old muscles trembling with effort, and the damn sofa do not budge. I sit for quite a few minutes struggling for breath considering my options. I could call for help, hire someone, get my little wife to do it.

Then I think about the pyramid builders they move things just a little bit at a time. My wife does that to, a little at a time. So I try again, the sofa moves a few inches. I sit and rest, breathe, drink coffee. As the hours go by I am finally done.

Every thing that was over there is over here and every thing that was over here is over there, just like woman and pyramid builders teach me.

Perhaps next week I will move it again.

2. you learn to
"think like a woman" huh?

I find that my children get "upset" if I change to many things in my livingroom They like moms house to be "the same" My son Andy visited this week end after being away for a while He said "mom you changed things in here" all I did was get a new sofa and put a small chest that belonged to daddy over there by the window

He will get used to it!!!!

4. you can move anything
that you set your mind too. I moved a very heavy cast iron bathtub. Just little by little and it is where I wanted it for now. It is going in my back yard to be painted and turned into a very big flower pot that the neighbors will love. Tee hee hee. Okay now where are those pyramids. I think that I can help.
