I can't stop eating!
When I was pregnant I could hardly eat anything and what I was able to eat usually came right back up. Now that I'm nursing, it's the exact opposite--I cannot get enough to eat. It's ridiculous. So far today I've consumed:

-2 glasses of soy milk
-2 bologna and cream cheese sandwiches
-a granola bar
-a bowl of Total
-an ice cream sandwich
-the leftover chicken carbonara I made for dinner last night
-some tortilla chips

It's not even four o'clock!

2. Idon't have that problem. But you know what?
I only eat 1-2 meals a day and I'm fat. One meal is usually a big meal and the second one, if I have it, is usually more of a snack. But I'm still overweight. That's not fair.

6. the one meal a day is the problem
...your body starves and stocks for the next one.
eat 4 or 5 little portions a day instead, it may help.

9. I would but
they seem to upset the baby's tummy. I love broccoli and cauliflower. I'd eat them all every day if I could.

7. I'm going through that right now.
I'm nursing also, and I'm constantly hungry. I did the same thing with my firstborn; it doesn't really stop until you wean, but it does get better the older they get, particularly when they start solids. It's your body's way of making sure it gets enough for both you and the baby.
