2. Buy those foil pans they sell in the grocery store
for ovenware. Shape as needed.

No alien transmissions, and you don't have to wash out the casarole if you decide to make lasagna! :tinfoilhat:

5. Actually, there are real anti-EMF hats on the market that look
very nice ! I wear mine sometimes, although I've never noticed the improved mental clarity some people report. If you're interested, Google for LessEMF.

9. I don't trust the foil companies
They have those commercials where the two ladies are trying to brainwash everybody that foil is really for baking chicken and fish.

15. Caution! Don't be duped...
Aluminum foil is no substitute! People refer to aluminum foil as tin foil, but they are not the same. Real tin foil is now hard to find, so you will have to search for it. Aluminum would act as an antenna, and actually allow the spy/alien signals to travel further! It must be tin. Tin is an element, and no other has the right atomic weight. Its properties are unique. One possible substitute, if you can get it, would be lead foil, but it would need to be at least eight layers thick. Another problem with lead is that it is a carcinogen, and may be radioactive.

16. effinay....
this guy knows his stuff.

8 layers of lead sounds a bit cumbersome though. I bet if I hit the junkyard and found a few ancient real tin cans, soldered them together, and walked around with them on my head, then FINALLY people would leave me alone!
