7. Okay Matcom, I'll bite.
The thing that determines good quality cream for me is whether the ice cream has a fat mouth-feel like Hagen Daaz (or B and J) or a more watery mouth feel like Breyers - these I consider good. I would consider an ice cream with a syrupy mouth feel or a rubbery texture to be bad, or at least less good. It's that corn syrup/guar gum business that I can't stand.

How -- in twenty-five words or less -- would you rate you Twix brand on this scale.

Then you MUST try Haagen Daaz's Bananas Foster ice cream...wonderful banana ice cream flavor with a great brown-sugar-ever-so-slightly-burnt flavor, thick ribbons of this gooey brown sugar/caramel stuff. It is TO DIE FOR. And yes I'm getting back on my diet on Monday. :o
