So what are the plans for the day?

We're moving office buildings so I've got to work this morning, go home and shower, then come back for a meeting at the new building. What about you?

A couple of interesting things on the same front(work). I filled out some resumes the last 3 days of the week. I got an email Friday from some place called "Surf Net Media", it's a program engineer and they want me to stop by later today. Also later that day I got an email from IPS Sales Management. Their salary ranges are from 60,000 to 150,000. But I didn't send this company my resume, they found my resume through the website because I made my resume searchable. They said this "Education Level: We’re more interested in your ability than your education" They asked me to fill out a forum online and that I should expect a call soon. But I think they got the wrong resume because I didn't lie on it. :)

On edit: Also going to wear one of my niiiice shirts, not sure which one I should pick. Hmmmmmmmm.

Lets see red, white, green(I wanted a forest green which is my favorite color, couldn't find one so I found the closest alternative.) Some white and black one. I think there was another one but I can't quite remember what it is. I think you would have to see what they look like before you make a decision though. But I have a feeling I won't get either one, it's not official yet. Checked out my horoscope to see how my day would go and then it said something really strange, lol.

I had to be on the bus at 3AM Friday morning so that barely left me time to even pack.

It wasn't bad. 12 hours each way. :( Interesting people. Was fine but got hit on by the DRIVER on the way there. :eyes:

Let me think about what I see in you.. hmm.. Your very smart, you have a great personality, you can be very funny at times and I like that, your fun to talk to. Also when I was down a few times I felt much better after talking to you maybe because it seems like we been through similar things(though I shouldn't be using you for that, your my friend not my psychiatrist), you also look great, you really do and I seen what you look like. Speaking of pictures I noticed you had a really nice and shiny earring on (prom)when I was looking through them again. I could go on but I'll leave it at that.

I appreciate it. Yeah I liked it, though I don't know if you ever had what I had. I used to have this big silver chain that would hang down to my abs with a dragon's head pendant. That was a nice but it was heavy. :silly: That was like 2 years ago, woo I really changed.

Me too, I swear to god Im glad. I had that chain stolen because of my stupid friends, but not to downgrade them I was probaly just as stupid.

Loverly weather here.

Mind you I'm stuck in a tiny room with no windows but only for two more days!

I got a jolly up to bonny Scotland on Wednesday, a couple of days bobbing about in a boat, followed by a weekend on the razz with some friends from Uni.

Tiny room no windows?? Eck. Doesn't sound too fun!

At least the weather is good though. Scotland? Sounds like a blast!

What did you miss? Well, there was that mood swing from surly "we are doomed" to giddy overconfidence. Other than that... nothing much.

Weekend was amazing. And interesting to say the least. Lets just put it this way... saw tooo many naked boys (guess they're used to being naked around each other and didn't really mind that I was there?).

Blondie was at an Army base getting some nooke!! Huzzah!!

Only revising because I've got exams next week. And I guess it's not revising when you're writing up notes and trying to avoid looking at the very attractive law students who keep walking past.

Well he's special, so yeah... :) We'll just leave it at that.

Let's see, the average... 8. No kidding. There are some F-I-N-E boys there and the great thing? They like it when the women visit - so I paid for nothing. :) Not just the hot factor, but most of them are really great and funny guys. Only they get a little combative when they're drunk. I MAYBE saw a total of 15 women on base. In Jacksonville, there were more but I didn't see that many on base.

I've been reading a bit too much Judd Winick lately (Barry Ween kicks ass!!!). Glad you're happy. :hug: (although slightly jealous that someone is having S-E-X and I'm not...I hate having a girlfriend in Florence!!).

And it will be a few weeks. :( Oh well. Long distance things suck.

Finished the mosquito magnet at my parents' house, and Sunday afternoon rained just long enough to have to stay inside and not go to the Deck and hang outside. The clouds cleared after nightfall in time to go home.

Glad you had a rather relaxing weekend. Back to the festival this weekend?

I'm planning on Saturday. Gotta get more stuff and see my friends some more. :thumbsup:

Wasn't that bad for a boot camp. :) I could've thought of MUCH worse. Though Saturday night I got volunteered for DD so driving around 6 drunks was rather intersting. I had been there for about an hour when two guys knocked on the door and came in (just after I got out of the shower mind you) and started sniffing. They were like "Smells like girl." No shit. :)

Didn't get to eat in the mess hall unfortunately. Ate at the Burger King on base and at the Marine Exchange. That's about it.

How was your weekend?

I still took the kids to the playground. They loved the heck out of it. My wife and I went to the movies to see "Van Helsing", I thought it was a really cool movie. So we both enjoyed it. My wife works on the weekend so we don't really get out that much. I spent a lot of time just taking care of the kids. Just domestic bliss...enjoy your youth while you can baby...you only get older...
