of course abstaining is the best, for at least 30 days for marijuana.

in the days leading up to the test, drink all the water you can stand, all the time. on the day before or day of the test just drink normal amounts of water.

on the day before the test, mild exercise and a sauna to sweat out the last of toxins doesn't hurt. drink a little alcohol, or other natural diuretic like caffeine ... just a little though, don't overindulge, on the night before the test.

never give your first morning urine for a test.

if possible, take a B vitamin one-two hours before a urine test, to be sure urine color is correct.
