Annan Blames Babs for Angry Clerics

At a UN briefing the other day, Secretary General Kofi Annan spoke calmly to a roomful of tense Middle Eastern diplomats. "I think it is clear," he said softly, but with determination, "If Barbara Bush had taken more precautions, George W. Bush, the #1 enemy of the peace and freedom in the world today, may never have been born, and we would not be seeing such terrible turmoil today in Iraq."
