11. Fuck yeah
Okay, I shall explain to you the life of a young Canadian (as I remember it)

I woke up, rushed to the newspaper to read the hockey scores...at school all I talked about was hockey withmy friends..in gym we always beg the teacher to let us play hockey. After school, it was off to my buddy's street to play hockey until the game came on that night, watch the gaem, go to bed...next day all over again. Then on saturday, I went to play league Ice hockey.

I think I ate somewhere in there.

It's so pointless, not quite as pointless as US/Can football (ie. not soccer - which rocks) but I've seen more entertaining chess matches.

Eh is a very universal term..it can mean "do you agree" or it can reaffirm something like "I went to the bar eh"

I bet it has roots in the english word "oye"

But I never knew it was a Canuckism until I first saw Bob and doug

6. Has the move to the right in the US pushed Canada to the right
or to the left? Or maybe it's had no direct effect? Or have the same forces that have pushed the U.S. to the right pushed Canada to the right?

Notwithstanding the soon-to-be-encountered brick wall and painful "bounce" back to the left for America...

Does this make sense?

7. How Easy Is It to Move There?
How expensive is it to live there?

Is it really very cold (I know, it's Canada, duh - but do warming currents keep BC fairly mild)?

What are some of your favorite/least favorite things about living there?

If Bush wins or "wins" in November is Canada prepared for a mass influx of American "refugees"?

Favourite thing? Well, Canada has such a cool thing going with being Northern and all...I love the fact we are "The Northern Nation" The cold brings pride. As well, it's the fact we are so progressive and realize times change

Least Favourite..too many canucks won't admit when we do have faults.

28. Actually, the Jets sold out about half their games.
The average attendance was 13,000 at the 15,500-seat Winnipeg Arena. The reason they moved was the lack of a decent arena. Also, the owner (Shenkarow) was a crook. Now there's a brand-new 16,194-seat arena being built downtown. (And Winnipeg is hardly a "town" with 700,000 people.:))

Take it from a hardcore Jets fan.;)

Only TWO games in Jets NHL history with attendances under 10,000. Seriously. I checked the game archives. The average Jets home attendance was more than the freakin' North Stars in those days.
