Looking for name of a lousy movie - "Look in the pot"

That's all I remember. I saw it on TV like 5 years ago, and it wasn't very good, but it had this quote in it, supposedly a Chinese proverb. I think it was about some guy and his twin brother committed a crime.. I dunno.. I just remember this line stll, and I want to prove to people I'm not crazy. I haven't been able to find it all this time. Another thread asking for a movie name made me think of it. Does anyone know?
