Would your feelings be hurt if you found out someone had you on ignore?
I think mine would. I don't ever want to upset someone so much that he/she thinks that they have to ignore me.

I know of several people who have me on ignore (I dunno who, exactly, but I have strong suspicions).

Doesn't bother me a bit, because I'm fairly sure I know why. :evilgrin:

Seriously, I don't do the whole ignore thing. I can ignore people without Ignoring them, if you know what I mean.

I can understand ignoring someone who's a real troublemaker. I just learned to self-filter, between all the time I've spent on Usenet and moderating here.

I would miss your witty repartee. I haven't really seen anything here in the lounge I want to ignore and I feel that you can learn something from pretty much anyone, even those that are reprehensible. ( what a cool word that is.)

Actually, feeling that I have to put someone else on ignore upsets me far more.

Every few weeks, I extend a general amnesty and take everyone off of my ignore list. By that point, any disruptors I've ignored have been tombstoned, and any animosity I've felt towards another DUer has been long-forgotten (on my part, at least).

But what can I say? I'm a "bleeding-heart liberal." ;)

I would hope that person had a good reason to ignore me. Stuff like that doesn't hurt my feelings.

For the record, I have no one nor have I ever put anyone on ignore since I became a member of DU.
