Who HASN'T been to a DU gathering....
...and why not???!!!

Man, I'm already thinking of next year's Philly gathering, who will show up to the counter-convention in NYC and even possibly meeting up with DUers in Central PA. Plus I probably owe a roadtrip to a Texas gathering next year!

I couldn't make it to the women's march a little while ago in DC. I would also love it if a DU gathering here was non-protest related.

2. I haven't. I was suppose to go to a Chicago gathering but 2 of my
kids came down with the flu so I had to cancel my plans. :cry:

How about State College sometime in the summer? I'll be glad to help with arrangements.

On edit, how about in Hershey or Gettysburg? Might be easier for some Maryland folks to get to those places, if they were interested.

jonnyblitz, NightTrain, and I got together for lunch once. I've gotten together with Amaya too, but most of DU wouldn't want to be party to many of our conversations. :wow: Shocking I tell you.

45. By the way...if you want a gathering PLAN YOUR OWN!!
Assuming you don't live in total BFE, there are bound to be more than 1 DUer within a day's drive. Just take the plunge and plan something. Even if your first gathering is around a protest or other politcal event, use that as a jumping off point and go from there.
