Want to see my computer?

Here it is.

I had to take the cover off and put a desk fan on top blowing into it, since otherwise it overheats and shuts down.

Cheapest estimate I got on fixing it, so far is $60, and I don't have that much right now.
So...the covers stay off.

2. It might be your CPU fan

Look at the little fan on top of the CPU and make sure it's spinning. It might just be full of dust and blowing it out might make it work. Failing that, it costs a couple of bucks and you can replace it yourself.

Eventually you'll damage your CPU running it that hot.

3. Bad power supply fan?

You can pick up a new power supply for $20 or less. If you know someone who works where there are many computers, you could ask them to salvage the next one from a junk PC for you. They are pretty easy to replace, too.
