...i got to meet them twice - once on the radio tour for "oranges and lemons" and another time when i had the luck to be working at an web-broadcast station they did a promo tour for "apple venus volume one".

and yeah....considering what a drooling fanboy i am of theirs, they were very very cool and funny.

And you don't own a CD shop?

I've never met them either, but I did attend the XTC International Convention back in '93. Andy and Colin sent a video tape to address the conventioneers. I had a few beers with the author of "Chalkhills and Children" Chris Thoumy (sp?).

And I've seen them live, thrice. But that's as close as I ever got to meeting them.
