Poll question: The Perfect Brownie: Fudge or Cake?
Just had the BEST BROWNIE OF MY LIFE! It was called a "Souffle Brownie and did the impossible of being both cake AND fudge like. Just a bit of icing over the top. Not too sweet but VERY chocolately. Yummy! It cost me $2.50 but that's just as well so I don't get in the habit. :)

6. Gaby & Mo's in Austin TX has the most outrageous Espresso Brownie!
Linnae's in San Luis Obispo, CA has something like a brownie that is fudge/raspberry flavored. Woof!
