Concerts: Who have you seen dead?
"The Rolling Stones" doesn't count. Everybody's seen them and they've been dead for 15 years... (walking, talking dead, but dead nonetheless...)

In a small bar on the U of A campus about 15(?) years ago. Good show!

8. As in Grateful?
Edited on Sat May-22-04 11:37 PM by DBoon
In 1976 (was in college) and their last tour with Jerry in 1995.

I guess this counts...

If you mean any now-deceased musician, I saw Frank Zappa maybe 4 times in the late 1970's

On Edit: And saw the Minutemen several times, with the now-deceased D. Boon

16. Elvis Presley, May 1977
At the University of Maryland Cole Field House. Got a kiss on the cheek from "The King"!

I remember he didn't look well - really bloated. No one realized just how bad a shape he was in, or that he'd be dead three months later.

18. Sam Kinison, Peter Cooke & Dudley Moore
Well, Pete and Dud were more of a stage show than a concert ("Good Evening"). I'm not a big concert-goer, and all the ones I've seen I think the performers are still alive.
