Las Vegas Chewed me up...and spit me out...
Just got back from Vegas and I could not bowl in my tournament (I fell Wed and twisted my leg) , so that was out...then the slots ate all my "fun money"..

My friend and I did enjoy getting away for the weekend..(Thu-Sun), but it sure would ave been more fun if we had won some money :(..

Better luck to me June 4-6, when I got back for my other league..

One of my bowlers won $12K , so we were not all losers..:)

The weather out there was WEIRD..Windy and COOL.. I don't think it ever got above 80, and on the drive home this am, we drove through FOG and drizzle at Cajon Pass..:)

1. I was there a couple of weeks ago
and lost $500 in less than 3 days. I have a feeling with the economy the way it is they tend to tighten up the slots.

And remember that video poker pays out better than slots, and dollar machines generally pay out better than quarter machines (if you can afford to keep playing long enough).

Glad you had good weather - sorry you hurt your leg. That totally sucks. I bet if you were bowling you would have CLEANED up in the bowling winnings!

4. I just got back from Vegas Saturday and.............
it was 89, sunny and windy all week. I thought that the TV weathermen there must have the most boring job in the world.
