Anybody know of a good vitamin site?

I need to know what vitamins are good for what. I went to the eye doctor yesterday and asked if there was anything I could do about my dry eyes. He suggested a propritary product that contains god knows what, but I think he also mentioned a flax seed oil supplement as an alternative to the other product.

You guys have never let me down before. I know somebody's got the skinny.

they have a very good info section on vitamins and supplements, including
"alternative" things.

Their prices are good, too.

I don't know if Earl Mindell has a site, but he's written vitamin "bibles" for years, constantly updated....

You might also try Prevention magazine ...if they have a site, it probably will have basic info as well..
