I just wrenched my back out at work.
I was lifting a heavy box of paper off the floor and I was lifting with my knees, but I did something wrong. My lower back is killing me.

I've had lower back problems for a number of years, but they seem to be getting worse as I get older. It's a bitch growing old. I fucking hate it.
