Start w/ smoked turkey breast on a hero roll.

Honey mustard and mayonnaise on both sides of the roll.

Lettuce, tomato, sundried tomatoes, calamatta olives, onions, fresh basil, fresh smoked mozarrella and bacon, top it off with a dash of oil and balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
