I was at the Stardust sportsbook in Las Vegas. All the regulars howled at Reggie, seemingly afraid to aggressively dunk the damn ball. He's plenty tall enough to slam, and might have gotten a foul and possible 3-point-play in the process.
Well, the ho-hum favorite in the first half came through for me again, Pacers -2, 43-37.
But the game 3s are probable plays for me on the underdogs, in the game itself, starting with Twolves + 9 1/2 tomorrow. One of my prize systems is to take the original team with the home court/home ice advantage in game 3, if it split at home, losing the home edge. The theory: that team is generally superior and will try to re-establish itself in game 3. So far in these playoffs the system has been superb, near flawless. The only loss was the Detroit Red Wings in game 3 at Calgary.
