6. Actually, the stories were great
If John Norman hadn't been so fixated on the slave girl junk, his books would have seen a much larger audience. He also wrote a sex manual, it was full of master-slave stuff, mating bag, things like that. Something screwed up in that guy.

Unfortunately, too many lonely geeks took these stories a little too literally, resulting in stuff like this:
