any good PHP /MySQL programmer here on DU (ideally from NY, NJ, CT)?

I need a script. It's fairly complicated but I know what I want, and you'll see examples online. Before I outsorce it to India ;) via bidding sites I thought to give DUers a chance to earn some cash.

PM or post here (like what have you done before) and I'll tell you the site that runs on similar scripts. Please don't reply unless you intend to deliver what we agree on (if we ever do :)). I will keep my end of the bargain, but I need the job done.
