hasn't been right since the pigs ate my aunt Velma.

1. My Freeper Brother
I haven't felt right about him since "we" watched the Coroner haul away my Mom's body and witnessed him searching the house for cash as soon as the ambulance left.

3. My nutty cousin
Who believes every urban legend and internet hoax that comes his way. We stopped speaking a couple of years ago when I questioned his sanity over the KFC genetically-engineered chicken urban legend.

5. Mom, dad, brother - all freepers
Well, as for my mom, I've learned to just discuss anything else BUT politics and religion with her. And she's fine with that.

I still avoid my dad and brother because they are very political - in fact my brother is running for state assembly in Montana and my dad is working on the governor's campaign. Not looking forward to the annual trip home this summer - what the hell are we going to be able to talk about??? Practically nothing because their lives revolve around politics.

6. My dickhead uncle................
Edited on Tue May-25-04 02:35 PM by foamdad
who got my grandfather to change his will on his deathbed so he was made executor, and then promptly cut out the rest of the family. I haven't talked to him since my granddad died.

Or, my freak-ass aunt who married this guy, we'll call him "A", who supposedly beats her up. She always had a talent for attracting losers, but this current guy ("A")tried to frame up another of my uncles (on his deathbed, no less) for illegal weapons that "A" had in his possession. Last I heard my aunt was still married to the jerk.

7. My Repub brother-in-law--
We have bantered back and forth for years about our differences but I always thought we were just joshing. One day he emailed me a so-called letter from a military person who was praising Shrub to the skies and counting off all his virtues. It was astroturf and I had seen it a number of times. I told my sister that now it is personal and I will never feel the same about him again. He is very learned and well-read but has no common sense whatsoever. I know this sounds petty, but if you knew him you would feel the same way. I simply do not understand anyone who would vote for Shrub. They are either uninformed or ill-informed. Or stupid.

9. I think we're seeing more and more of that now.
Even the most diehard bushbots must be questioning his ability by now. Not that they'd publically admit it, but it has to be hard for them to realize it but not own up to it.

10. I used to avoid my older cousin
only because she came on to me-no kidding.
She died on St. Patrick's day of this year.
She was very crazy but I really miss her. Now I avoid her extremely disfunctional children.
