drunk on a Tuesday.... ask away....
I'm all full of Blue Moon. It's "Belgian style" instead of "Belgian" so I feel kind of robbed. But still good.

1. What a good idea!
I'm drinking Pete's Wicked Strawberry blonde. I had my last Fat Tire earlier, which is a favorite lately.

5. Don't think so
I'm in Arkansas and the bottle says Eden, NC.

Although Redhook did become my favorite during my time near their brewery in Portsmouth, NH. I was lucky enough to find a bar with Red Hook on tap here in Little Rock.

7. hmm..
I've never heard of it. I'll have to try that out. Actually, I don't think I've ever had organic beer even though I eat a lot of organic food.

3. Belgian style is also quite good
Edited on Tue May-25-04 09:51 PM by Rabrrrrrr
have you tried the beers from Ommegau in NY? (I'm pretty sure it's NY) - they make Ommegau - which I love! a brilliant darker, yeasty beer - and Hennepin, a lighter one, and perhaps some others. All in the Belgian style, but using the Belgian recipe and yeasts they brought over from Belgium hundreds of years ago.

Wonderful!! And they come in large corked bottles. Though in the last year or two, they've also begun offering 12 oz. metal capped bottles in six packs. Sad. Takes some of the coolness out of it.

I go to a place called the Moan and Dove with tons of rare beers. They've gotta have that.
