Probably just as well with all the campaign activity going on in the house that summer, a bunch of calls for "Jenny" would have only got in the way.

A few weeks of phone number gags later, and I didn't want to pull my hair out... I wanted to pull a knife out. :D

And, I assure you, my hair was big, and many locks could have been spared. I mean, really, seriously fuckin' big. Teased out and blonde highlighted. It bothered my mother. Never had that weird frontal upward bang; I was always more of a punky girl. Enormous 80's hair... at the time, I modeled it after a dude, the main guy in the band Berlin.

It was good big hair. It rocked. I had to drive with my head in a sideways position, for the most part. Wouldn't want it sticking to the top of the Volkswagen Rabbit, or course.

Thank god for Duran Duran and the sunrise.

Incidentally, it's Rikki who's not supposed to lose that number. Jenny isn't supposed to change hers.
