i'm pissed off enough allready that they befouled the name of superman with a WB Teen drama, but this guy looks too damn weak to do a decent superman

9. It's an excellent show....

and quite a bit more that a 'teen' drama. Well written, especially since the Superman myth is so well known. They have to be careful not to undercut any of that while still having dramatic impact both across the span of one show, across a season, and across the projected 5-year arc of the show. Fine special effects, some really imaginative set design, reasonably good acting, and BEAUTIFUL people, boys and girls alike, cast and guest actors alike as well. It may not be West Wing (or what WW USED to be!), but it's much better than most drivel on TV.

11. It's a great show

One of the few I watch on a regular basis. Very well thought out (though a few parts of it are starting to get cliche) and paced. Pretty damn good acting all around (especially from the guys who play Lex and Lionel Luthor) and good storytelling. I have not read comics since I was 12 years old (8 years ago) and I started picking up a few of the Superman paperback collections because of it.

Superman is more than a pretty face. I think that Christopher Reeve was a great superman. Still is in fact, just in a different way.
