This is my 7000th post.
(Hey, it's a big deal--just try saying "seven thousandth" fast seven times!)

I've been here since August 2001, and despite all the complaining I hear about how DU isn't what it once was...I still think it's great, and possibly better than ever. You guys all rock, even you lurking freepers (ya silly bastards!).

Hey, you're almost up to 1000! Congrats.

Actually, the obsession with post count is one thing I don't miss at DU. One of the good things to happen under DUII.

hadn't seen you around in awhile. :hi:

I still haven't hit 10K, and I've been here since March of 2001!

Then again, my husband's been here a month longer than that, and I don't think he's passed 1K!
