Are you a cat or dog?
In my brief but enlightening initiation at DU, I have noticed an exceptionally large amount of cat people here.

I am of the philosophy that the world is divided into dog people & cat people.

Here are some of my favorite cats:

Leo the Lion
The Lion of the Lost Tribe of Judah
Aslan
Pumas
Cat Stevens
Michelle Pfeiffer as Catwoman
my chidhood cat Tony (RIP)

But as you can tell from my name, I am most definitely a dog person.

Are you a cat or a dog?

19. I beg to differ.
Lee Meriwether was the first TV personality that I ever had a crush on.
But that was when Batman was on in primetime.

However, Michelle Pfeiffer certainly made a great Catwoman. As will Halle Berry.
But for me, Catwoman'll always be Lee.

30. doh! you're right, forgot about Eartha!
and also, I was totally wrong about Lee Meriwether. she was not Catwoman in the TV show she was in the Batman Movie.

So, i take that back Lee was the second Catwoman that I had a crush on. The first was Julie Newmar!

Man, I am getting too old...

Anyway, here's to all the Catwomen!

both. My dog Leo is actually 1 pound lighter than my cat Tommy. And they chase and play-fight with each other. Tommy the cat, of course, is always the winner. But he is gentle with my little Leo (see avatar) and makes him feel like he is the "big" dog.

Really cute to watch.

but my dog and i actually have verbal conversations ... she doesn't speak English but we really make sounds back and forth that we both understand ...

i wonder how many dog people have said "I'd give anything if my dog could just speak to me for 5 minutes ... " ... it really would be amazing to know what she thinks about ...
