my car was attacked again

ok, now i'm starting to feeL paranoid. in my driveway, my car has been attacked 3 times in under a year.

the first time, it was broken into. my goLf cLubs, basebaLL gLove, and probabLy a bunch of crap (cd's, change) were stoLen.

a few weeks ago - it was keyed.

yesterday during the f'n day, it was egged.

i chaLked the first 2 up to bad Luck, wrong pLace/wrong time, kids wiLL be kids, etc. but now that it was hit again... maybe i am on someone's shit List. (aLthough i can't imagine anyone outside of internet Land taking that kind of a grudge on me)

do you think i'm just randomLy getting hit? any suggestions for stopping it? shouLd i caLL the poLice now? my rentaL agency?

Especially since this is the third incident. Are other cars in the neighborhood getting done this way as well?

about other cars. when i was robbed, i reported to the poLice and i went door to door with my neighbors to Let them know about my car (so they couLd be more aware, and it was the perfect excuse to meet the neighbors).

To let them know what's going on anyways. Maybe you guys could start some sort of neighborhood watch thing so you all may be more aware of what's going on? Plus it's a good excuse to have semi-parties.

my neighbors are reaLLy weird. too many 'proud rednecks' too.. which is weird since i Live in mass.

They have that neighborhood watch stuff now in my apartments and they are always suspected me. I hate the way some people stare at me like Im guilty. Yesturday I was trying to panhandle some change for my friend and I go up to this guy "excuse me you wouldn't happen to have any change would you?" and as he is walking he just stares at me all funnny. I ask him again and he asks "Do you live here?" I point to my house and say right there. I thenk ask him one more time and he just says no. Like last week or so one of my friends were chased off the property by some guy(I think I know who) when he was on my way to my house. :crazy:

now i may just go ahead and sLap that DU sticker on. if my car's gonna keep getting vandaLized anyways...

If so, I would tell them the situation and also tell them if they don't start providing security you will start billing them for the damage that is done.

i was debating what to do; shouLd i buy a camera and set it up to see if it's a disgruntLed neighbor. but yeah, i shouLdn't pay for that - the reaLty company shouLd.

Maybe the sight of a camera will be enough to deter them.

Car alarm could be good too.

and don't leave egg on your car too long. It'll damage the paint.

It's much easier for me to relate to women's golf, because they hit the ball about as far as I do. I'll have to come out for one of those tournaments some year.

It's far more interesting to play than to watch.

so I won't even see the game but they send me free tickets every year, which I end up giving away. Plus I get a free shirt and a bunch of other goodies for volunteering

It's on a par with Babe Ruth heading into the Minors with equipment borrowed from the Little League after you've been ripped off...it sucks but what can you do about it?

My little G20 was newly polished in early May, when someone keyed it to overkill in front of my place one night, a total of 25 feet. Long slashes on the driver's side and two parallel slashes on the passenger side. Two criss-cross attacks on the back.

Just as I was getting estimates and deciding which method to fix the key marks (still undecided), two nights later someone put a sticker atop the worst key area. It said "LA Sleeve," whatever that means.

One week later I had my driver's rear view mirror pushed forward and some type of yellow gunk dumped on the top of my trunk. I am extremely relieved it has come off almost completely, apparently no significant damage to the paint job.

The police wanted to know if I have any enemies (not that I know of, this far from Gainesville) and asked neighbors about similar incidents. Apparently, I'm the solo target. Perhaps I need to consider surveillance cameras, but mostly I would just like to be there with fists clenched, and dropkick the guy's head into a nearby dumpster.

Aw, man it's time to kick some ass! If someone keyed mine, there'd be hell to pay!

I walk around the car every morning now, checking for additional remodeling. Then it's sickening to stare at the key marks so I try not to look.

Do I kick random ass, just to feel better? The guy two houses down has Bush stickers plastered all over his SUV.

You don't want to punish one person for the activities of another. Now, if the Bush-bot did it, then his ass deserves the kicking!

radio was stolen... Then the car was completely stolen, trashed & stripped... my whole universe crumbled...

It's a terrible feeling -- keep an eye, probably the same person, maybe someone you've met who knows your moves...

I finally figured out it was the friend of a roommate...

But by the time I put 2+2 together(not as street smart at that point), I was in Humboldt County smoking my blues away...
