Thanks to DU I was blissfully unaware of Tornados all around...

I was surfing and browsing last night with no clue about the weather around me (just outside St. Louis) last night! Can someone please keep an updated post in here with weather warnings??? I'd hate to wake up 6 blocks away clutching my keyboard in my hands screaming "I have to answer the poll on bad song lyrics I'll go to the basement soon!!!"

1. Download a weather program

I'm not sure who would offer them in St. Louis -- most of the local TV stations offer free weather programs that will alert you to an emergency. (I know the Fox 6 one here is a "weather bug," which has normal weather in the background most of the time but will pop up with an emergency.)
