Things you do not want to overhear from the furnace guys:
"Hm. I've never seen one like this before."
"I took off the panel and there was water everywhere."
"Good luck, dude."

:scared:

I can only hope they're referring to the OLD furnace that they're taking out...

1. LOL!
:D

Reminds me of Buckaroo Banzai during brain surgery:

"No, no, don't tug on that. You never know what it might be attached to."

"Oops"
"It's ok. I don't think they really need that safety device attached."

"So where should I install this poison gas cannister?"

"'Got a match? I can't tell if this gas pipe is leaking or not."

"Of course I can do this. I've got a degree in business management, so this will be easy!"

2. Water everywhere is usually easily fixable....
Condensate drains become clogged with mold, calcification. The biggest problem you can have from that is if your furnace has a circuit board that can be shorted out.

I hope you are getting a good deal!!

the first place.

Apparently, there's more water. But it'll be cleaned up and fixed in due time.

On edit: Yes, I'm getting a good deal.
