"I'm a uniter, not a divider" as played out in bumper stickers
Ok, that was me being sarcastic, it's actually as belied by bumper stickers, but I bet you could guess that. I was at a red light behind a real winner who had

stuck on largely covering a small "United We Stand" sticker. To the right, he also had

Isn't this all anybody needs to say about Bush-Cheney, their supporters, the right in general and the religious right in particular?
By the way, Uncle Pat gives these stickers out for free. Is anybody surprised?

1. It just that some people are so unsure of their own beliefs...
...that they feel the need for the validation that comes from advertising them.

4. Well, I'll say one thing for the elephant urinating...
at least they're laying off Calvin. Watterson pointedly never licensed Calvin and Hobbes merchandise, not wanting to become an empire like Peanuts or Garfield. Therefore every single one of those Calvin peeing stickers is an illegal copyright infringement. This one's a stupid copycat, but at least they leave Calvin the fuck out of it.
