OK, I got a new smoker

a Char-Broil Silver Smoker for my birthday. I'm going to try it out Monday. I'm going to have ribs, and the best sauce in the world, Archibald's. So cry me a river 'cause you can't have some, too.

Any suggestions as to what I should have with it? Beer, of course, cole slaw, potato salad. White bread for moppin' purposes. What else? What kind of pie do I want for dessert? Should I throw an extra slab on for my mother-in-law?

Ya'll take care now, and watch those drunk drivers this weekend.

It's an appetizer. 1 pkg flour tortillas- 1 8 oz pkg of creme cheese.- 1 small sour creme- green+black olives- jalapeno peppers. Mix creme cheese, sour creme and chopped olives and peppers. Use as filling and roll up in tortillas. Slice tortilla rolls about 1 inch thick. They're really good. (get the average size tortillas)

You simply cannot have ribs without cornbread. With ots of butter. Oh, and of course, the tater salad and coleslaw. Tons of very cold beer. Dang, can I come over?

10. Cornbread is

very good. However, traditional white bread (like Sunbeam) is traditional with barbecue. Maybe I'll hae both. the flames are about to begin.
