Poll question: How do you order your steak?
For the non-veggies. I'm just curious on how you cook or order your steaks. (My apologies to the non meat eaters)

2. Meat is evil you animal-hating SCUD!
Atkins is Satan for either pushing meat or for duping people, one of those two!!

Just kidding - medium rare for me. Yummy! Au poivre, if possible. I'll also accept medium, even medium well. But man, I just can't chew a well done steak.

6. I don't. I don't eat anything that had a mother or a face on it.

Just think of all the clogged arteries, heart trouble, liver problems, high blood pressure, mean cussedness and cancer I don't have from eating steak.

I live in open range country and the cattle munch all the grass around my property and mine too if the break the barbed wire fence down. They are some of the grossest, fly infested animals I have ever seen. All they do is walk around munching grass and shitting and slobbering. Ugh!

13. Medium rare for steaks. More done for burgers and ribs.
After all, I don't want to get trichynosis or mad cow disease.

14. I like to bite the cow while it is still living.
It's more fun that way. I can hear it scream when it dies.

Of course, stepping into the agribusiness cow pen with its polluted water and antibiotic resistant fecal matter is no fun, but, a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.
