those pesky cable guys and kids with candy bars, you know the type. always waking me up from my naps. need a good way of running them off without getting up off the counch.

land mines? razor wire? what?

4. Fake a fight

When I was a paper carrier and collecting, there was a couple that was always fighting when I tried to collect. One time when I rang the door bell for the third time, I heard the man say that I was going to "beat the shit out of whoever was at the door." I ran away quick. This was probably a serious situation that perhaps I should have called the police about but I was only a little girl and didn't know what to do. Anyway, my point is that you and another person could pretend to fight like the couple on my paper route and scare them away.

7. i dunno but

i must of had the worst dumbfounded look on my face yesterday at the gas company guy, i was working outside when he came by, a little small talk about cars, i had AAR playing, Randi Rhodes, she made a comment about the sarin gas shell, he says to me, "boy she must really be behind" "huh?" i say, i wasn't paying attention to the radio, he says "yeah they found that that WAS sarin gas in that shell that blew up!" i didn't know where to start with him. i just turned and walked away.
