Poll question: IRON MAIDEN: Bruce Dickinson or Paul Di'Anno
Or that utterly awful Blaze Bailey they had in between Dickinson and his return

13. Depends on what criteria you set

The Bruce Dickinson era is what defines Iron Maiden as we all know and love 'em.

However, the albums with Paul Di'Anno have the better music.

16. Like 'em both, but "Killers" and their eponymous album are their best.

Dickinson wailed a bit too much for me. Great poll, though! I was an Iron Maiden FC (fan club) member for two years in the late 80s...

On edit, I haven't followed them at all the past six or seven years. Who the hell is Blaze Bailey?

18. Best albums are with Bruce.
Beast, Piece and Powerslave. After that they went downhill.

19. I agree they went downhill after Powerslave,
but their best were still their first two.

Of course, we don't agree on Slayer's best either.
