Is it prudish
to not want to date someone who sells porn on the internet? Am I being too judgemental?

and is it good porn? and can you get us free samples? I mean this is all important information we need before we can make an honest decision about this.

9. oh, well then
the only question remains, is it porn that, in your opinion, is acceptable? if you are comfortable with that particular variety of porn (be it girl-girl, boy-girl, boy-boy-boy-walrus or whatever) then you'd be a bit hypocritical to use that as an excuse. if it's really skanky porn (by whatever your own standards are, not mine) then run away.

10. isn't that illegal?
either way, it doesn't sound like they're actually involved in "the industry" if that's all they do.

5. Would you get any free porn out of it?
And are you easily offended by porn? If it's really "not your bag, baby," then you've answered your own question. I'd worry a lot more about you if you were thinking about dating a republican, though.

Pervs are people, too!

6. Yes.. It's Prudish. But Who Cares?
Be a prude, and be proud about it.

If you're uncomfortable about it, then you'll probably always be uncomfortable about it. Eventually it would be the source of friction or resentment.

Move on.

-- Allen

P.S. Is it good porn? Can you get free samples for us?

11. I think it's porn that was shot in the 80's
I don't really want to know if it's good enough.

The thing is, I'm usually not prudish. I've never rented porn, but I've watched soft core stuff on cable.

And it's too late to move on. But do I have right to bitch and complain about it. And do I have to figure out the source of my discomfort in order to do so.

I wouldn't date a person, but it seems like it's someone you are already in a relationship with.

Are they asking you to be IN the porn?

If so, yes, you're being prudish. GO FOR IT!

Um....I mean...ah....follow your heart. Yeah, that's the ticket.

13. ask yourself these questions

1) how does selling porn fit into this person's overall life mission and goal?

2) does this person's occupation enhance the life experience and contribute to the overall good?

14. I can answer number 2
of course this person contributes to the great good. The 80's were the glory days of Porn, we need more of that, not less.

16. Absolutely not
I dated a guy who swore he was going to get rich with starting up an internet porn site and wanted to know if I would help out with his site (as a designer - NOT as a model).

I mean, how would I answer my mother about what this guy did? Heck, how would I explain to her how I was making money (I was waiting tables at the time and needed some extra cash).

Plus, it turns out this guy couldn't really hold down a job of any sort and figured the porn site business would last for 2 weeks.

I ditched him - wasn't worth it anyways!

21. Depends on the person and perhaps...

...the kind of porn this individual sells. Are we talking about child porn, pictures of people getting it on with animals, anything that involves ex-food?

If so, how can I become this person's latest customer? (I hope you realize that I'm just kidding!) :spank:
